About this project
I was tasked with helping to create a flow for all users to allow them a quick and easy way to find and schedule an appointment with an advisor. Currently there is no experience that allows a user to schedule an appointment. The closest we get is allowing users to select a location, but with no real information outside of that. So, in order to give users a better experience and help tailor it to fit their needs a bit more, we opted to move in the below direction.
The below direction allows them to answer some personal information that will help determine what type of advisor is best for them. Once that information is entered, they then can search for a location near them, which then allows them to find an advisor at that location and easily schedule an appointment.
All the information shown here was heavily tested and currated to fit what each user felt was the most important to them in selecting an advisor.
